hi today we're going to unbox this
bridge 4 midi controller so we can show
you what to expect when your bridge 4 or
bridge 6 midi controller arrives
let's take off the sleeve
and open the box pretty self-explanatory
here we have the bridge 4 front and
center set in this cardboard
inset now
you have a few cards here a getting
started card highly recommended that you
read this short quick start guide it
will run you through a couple of really
important things to get you up and
running with your
midi messages
then we have this warning card for the
flexi port modes have a read of this
there's a particular flexi port mode
which you have to be careful what kind
of device you connect your bridge to
and then a thank you card from us
let's take the bridge 4 out of the
cardboard insert
you can see here we have the device on
the back we have usb type c connector
the two flexi ports
dedicated midi in and out
and a nine volt dc jack
underneath the cardboard insert
we have a box with
a 2 meter black
usb cable this is type a to a right
angle type c this is a really nice cable
and
you can use that for firmware updates
for connecting to the desktop editor
which will be launching soon and for
powering or for sending usb midi to a
computer or tablet or some other device
and then if you've purchased one of our
protective covers you'll also have some
adhesive dots the yellow bit comes off
and there's some clear
double-sided adhesive which you can
place
anywhere you like on the metal part of
the bridge enclosure and stick your
acrylic protective cover on
and that is what you can expect to
receive
