The first step in troubleshooting any update problems (before or after an update) is to Factory Reset your device.
Hold FS1 down and then power on your device. Hold for about 7 seconds until all LEDs go white, then release the footswitch.
If the device successfully reboots and goes to the main screen, test the problem again. If it persists, continue with these troubleshooting instructions.
This means the incorrect firmware version for your hardware version has been installed. This is only possible by manually installing firmware and installing the wrong firmware version.
To remedy this, perform a manual firmware update following the instructions in these PDFs. If you don't know the hardware version of your device, you'll need to Contact Us.
